European Union (EU) is one of the best places to live on this planet, due to its highly evolved culture and institutions, diversity, stability and the geographic span. as a EU citizen you are free to live and work in any of the 27 countries... you like sun - go live in Spain, you can't take heat - go and live in Finland, or move in between... better still - build your home in any of those places - to feel comfortable, share, maybe gain income.
this is what i have done, since 1995, and it has been a great life.
